Audible Reality — an audio app for iOS and Android — launched last August with its patented ‘Vibes’ which allows listeners to control how they experience music, scrolling through AR’s preset Vibes or artist created Vibes, much like Instagram filters, adjust the pictures you take.

Currently available through Spotify + music housed on your smartphone, Audible Reality will be integrating Pandora next week, taking the listener experience to a whole new level.

Audible Reality is led by co-founder & CEO Matt Boerum, an innovator in the field of 3D audio for music production and virtual reality. Additionally, Boerum is an award-winning audio engineer, musician, educator and PhD candidate in Sound Recording.

Also, in the coming weeks, Audible Reality will be publicly launching AR Pro (read below & attached), which allows artists to use AR’s proprietary 3D Spatial Audio Processor to create their own Vibes, enhancing previously released work, and mix/master new material they are currently creating via their phone, table, laptop or desktop.

Legendary LA producer DJ Battlecat (Snoop, Ice Cb, 2 Pac, Talib Kweli, Tha Dogg Pound, Nate Dogg, Xzibit, etc.) is currently AR Pro to mix the just announced, upcoming album from hip hop supergroup Mt. Westmore (Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Too Short & E-40). Other artists already onboard with Audible Reality, include , GRAMMY winning artist/producer Teddy Riley, GRAMMY winning artist/songwriter/producer Dan Wilson of Semisonic (The Chicks, Adele, Taylor Swift, John Legend, Halsey), GRAMMY nominated BONES UK, along with Big Freedia, Low Cut Connie, Marco Pavé, Slim 400, Frak, along with Dee Mad, who produced the new Major Lazer X Aya Nakamura X Swae Lee single, “C’est Cuit — out tomorrow. Using Audible Reality’s first-of-its-kind Interactive Mastering™ technology, the artist can deliver interactive sound experiences just by saving and exporting their presets in AR Pro. Vibes can be enjoyed by anyone, on any song inside the Audible Reality® mobile app. Once created, the artist can price and sell their Vibes, allowing for a whole new way to monetize their music.

Through AR, artists can get direct feedback from listeners worldwide about their listening preferences and how successful their master is at increasing stream counts and overall engagement. The artist can use Vibes to try out masters live in action, make them instant, and create unlimited updates to target listeners with different preferences, different devices, or even different tastes. Through Vibes, the artist can give listeners the chance to experience music through their own ears, their own production style — their Vibe, as if they were in the studio with the artist themselves.

In its first 6 months Audible Reality Vibes has collected over 3 million unique data points related to how listeners prefer to personalize their music listening experience using 3D audio. This global data comes from 100,000+ songs played by over 10,000 unique users on 315 different devices. AR’s proprietary method (backed by a growing patent portfolio) is the only way to acquire this much unique data from everyday listeners — and Audible Reality is the only company making this data available to its customers.
