Deep Cuts: Lost and Found’ has made its way to the Engle podcast lineup.

Join host and award-winning music supervisor Thomas Golubić, author and critic Chris Nashawaty and their high school buddies — Fido, D-Nice and Rich — as they dig deep into the best music you’ve never heard.

Tune in to hear longtime friends and pop-culture obsessives celebrate their favorite music, but not the hits.

The 60-minute, bi-weekly show digs through the lost and found bin for overlooked, underrated or forgotten favorites, with a spotlight on new wave, post-punk, indie, alternative rock and other good stuff.

You might hear some David Bowie, but not ‘Let’s Dance.’ That song is awesome and a classic, but Golubić, Nashawaty and the crew are more interested in digging up some deep cuts from the Thin White Duke you might have either overlooked, or just haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy — until now!

Owner of the Los Angeles-based SuperMusicVision, Golubić is a film and television music supervisor whose credits include Better Call Saul, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Rubicon, Halt and Catch Fire, Ray Donovan, Six Feet Under, and After the Sunset.

In 2003 and 2006, he was nominated for a Grammy for “Best Compilation
Soundtrack Album for Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media” for Six Feet Under. In 2017, 2019, and 2020, he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Supervision in Better Call Saul.

Golubić was also a host for the radio station KCRW in Santa Monica,
California and in 2007 he started his own show, The Great Escape.

Nashawaty was the lead film critic at Entertainment Weekly for two decades. He has also written for GQ, Wired, Sports Illustrated, Esquire, Fortune, and
Grantland.

Tune in and get ready to hear some great music and enjoy cool stories (and a few arguments) about the most awesome deep cuts from the late ’70s to the present.
